Definitions

Eligibility

The Company accepts no liability for any Player who uses the Platform in breach of applicable local law.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Account Registration

3.2 Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jin77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 jin77 staff members and representatives will never ask you for your account password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to the support team immediately.

4.3 You must notify the jin77 support team immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. The Company will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account upon notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 If you access jin77 from a shared or public device — for example, a device shared with other users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or any other location — you must ensure you log out completely after each session and do not save credentials in shared browsers.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the jin77 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the Company and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. The Company reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions: A Player may only request withdrawal of funds that represent their own deposited capital or legitimately earned winnings. 6.1 From time to time, jin77 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the Wagering Requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period — are set out in the individual promotion's terms and take precedence over these general Terms where they specifically address a promotional mechanic.

6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jin77 promotions:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the specified period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit — refer to each promotion for the exact expiry.
• Bonuses are issued on a per-Account, per-household, per-device, and per-IP-address basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the jin77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual sports, video poker, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). These product-specific rules are accessible within each respective section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jin77 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

KYC & Verification

Limitation of Liability

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 jin77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a formal regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring the Account to be restricted.
• The Player's own request to close their Account.

13.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

13.3 Where an Account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance in full pending investigation, and may permanently forfeit such funds where the breach involved fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of the Platform.

Amendments

14.1 jin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 15.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
